Join us on Thursday, September 25 at 1 PM PT to learn about how Bowen Therapy can be a useful tool in neuropathy symptom management. Our guest presenter, Cindy Bryan, practices Bowen Therapy in Loomis, CA. She helps athletes and chronic pain sufferers perform at their best and embrace life to the fullest.
So, what is Bowen Therapy? Bowen Therapy:
- is also called Bowenwork or the Bowen Technique and is a gentle, remedial bodywork method. It works primarily on the soft connective tissues (fascia), muscles, tendons, ligaments, and mechanoreceptors (sensors in the body that detect mechanical changes);
- supports relaxation, healing, and possibly lower pain levels. Bowen practitioners say that the therapy can help shift the body out of a sympathetic (stress, fight-or-flight) state toward a parasympathetic (rest, repair) state.
This webinar is free for all to attend, but registration is required.
